(BROADCAST BOOTH)

BRANDON JACOBS: Welcome everyone to Christmas Card, we are live on Pay Per View right here from the Fleetcenter here in Boston with what may be our biggest show since the Superbowl of Wrestling!

JONATHAN MARX: Every so often a show comes up which makes you feel lucky that you are a part of it, that is this show for me.

VIC WATERS: Isn’t there something we have to talk about before we run down the show?

JONATHAN MARX: This is as good of a time as any. Here is what happened, early on in Scotty Michaels training for the WFW World Heavyweight Title Match, he was coming out of his gym and apparently he got jumped by someone with a lead pipe and he took an awfully bad beating. Between the injuries that he has suffered over the last couple of months against Psycho and this attack, Michaels had an extended hospital stay and the doctor say he may never be able to wrestle again. Scotty Michaels has said though he will over come this injury and be back at someone point down the line when his health permits him.

BRANDON JACOBS: Have they found out who did it?

JONATHAN MARX: No, no they haven’t and WFW Management is doing everything they can to find the person responsible. It is one thing for someone to do a sneak attack on another wrestler when they are at the arena, but it has always been an unwritten rule that WFW issues should be taken care of at the arena because when wrestlers leave these shows, they are on their own personal time and we do not want wrestlers having to look over their shoulder because some mad man is on the loose.

BRANDON JACOBS: How did they even know where the gym where Michaels was training was located?

JONATHAN MARX: This is where it gets worse, apparently in the transition of power between Edmunds and Felix Red, several disk containing vital information went missing and it is believed that one of those discs contained information on where Michaels could be reached but we aren’t totally sure.

VIC WATERS: That isn’t good. This deranged nut could attack anyone of us at anytime and there is nothing we could do.

JONATHAN MARX: Management has promised that they will try to get this situation resolved as soon as possible. They are hiring private investigators to get to the heart of the matter.

VIC WATERS: Hopefully someone better than Leslie Neilson.

BRANDON JACOBS: We just have to hope management gets everything in control and Scotty Michaels will be back with us as soon as possible. Love him or hate him, Scotty Michaels has been a very big part of the WFW throughout our existence and he always made things interesting.

JONATHAN MARX: He certainly did

VIC WATERS: Just a message to Scotty, Peace out dawg.

BRANDON JACOBS: Now from that sad note, lets get talking about this show.

JONATHAN MARX: There is so much to talk about, I don’t even know where we should begin.

BRANDON JACOBS: Let us start with Rabesque verses Christian Sands.

JONATHAN MARX: These two had a classic match back in GWE which went to a sixty six minute draw and considering how great these two are, I wouldn’t expect anything less from them tonight. Rabesque is one of my favorite wrestlers and has had a lot of success lately as NEW World Heavyweight Champion and getting to the quarter finals of the Ultratitle tournament, I expect big things from him tonight.

BRANDON JACOBS: Christian Sands has had a hell of a run too lately beating Mike Lane in his debut who is by far no push over.

VIC WATERS: Several people have said to me that Sands is a new age Rabesque and I can see a little bit of what they are talking about. They have similar styles, demeanors, and that same will within them to win that keeps them match after match. I am predicting an upset here tonight with Sands using his youthful energy in order to outlast veteran Rabesque.

JONATHAN MARX: Rabesque is a modern wonder to have the conditioning he has shown a lot of people lately that age is just a number.

BRANDON JACOBS: I’m going with Sands too, Rabesque has wrestled a more vigorous schedule as of late so Sands is a bit more well rested. Lets move on to the BAD Battle Royal, a Christmas Lot Brawl featuring several debuting talents.

JONATHAN MARX: There is so much new young talent in that brawl that with seeing them, I really couldn’t make an education guess on who will win that match. I like the Aaron Rage guy though, he shows a lot of potential.

VIC WATERS: I sort of like that scary nameless bastard that Rat Fink is sending out there to do his bidding. He looks like he could beat up anyone in wrestling and this is under BAD Rules so he’ll have his chance.

BRANDON JACOBS: I am going to go with the wrestler and go with Adam Benjamin. He is coming back from what happened against Minion and I think in his heart he has a lot he feels he needs to prove.

JONATHAN MARX: I like Benjamin, I just don’t know if this is his kind of match. He is tough, but he is more of a technician.

BRANDON JACOBS: Those European technicians are tough as hell being brought in that system having worked carnivals into the mid fifties which is even later than in the states so he most likely had some of the toughest teachers you could possibly have.

JONATHAN MARX: That is true.

BRANDON JACOBS: And now to the one match like the Scotty Michaels incident definitely has crossed the line of all common decency… and I am talking about the match between Mighty Impala and Pulsar for his imprisoned sister hanging above the ring in a cage and if Pulsar wants her back, he has to beat Mighty Impala.

JONATHAN MARX: The modern law system when it comes to foreign diplomats is seriously messed up but Mighty Impala has somehow has legally used to his advantage in order take Pulsar sister prisoner and while he could get her back by taking this to court, it could possible take years and that is why Pulsar is fighting here tonight.

VIC WATERS: Pulsar’s sister could make a good seventh wife for Mighty Impala.

JONATHAN MARX: Pulsar is a mess right now. Stop picking on the poor guy. He doesn’t deserve the hell he is going through right now.

BRANDON JACOBS: Hopefully Pulsar can win his sister back and finally get back to wrestling. He is one of the most promising up coming stars in all of wrestling and one of these days he is going to break out and shake the wrestling world up. But he has to make the first step here tonight…. Our next big match on the show is the three way dance between the team of Maelstrom & Dan Ryan, Anarky & Felix Red, and The Cameron Cruise Project.

VIC WATERS: Cameron Cruise Project, the greatest tag team not just in WFW, but in all of wrestling… hands down…

JONATHAN MARX: This isn’t going to be a common tag match though, this is going to be a wild brawl, they are going to have to get the victory in the ring, but they can take this fight anywhere they want in an effort to hand it to their opponent. Maelstrom & Dan Ryan are going to want to tear Anarky & Felix Red to shreds for what Jared Wells did to cost them their match and all of their past history as well. This could get really violent and really ugly very fast.

VIC WATERS: Yeah, it should be awesome. Do you guys remember what happened the last time Anarky wrestled in Boston?

JONATHAN MARX: I didn’t even think about that, he got the pin in that wild bar fight on Manson.

VIC WATERS: Anarky always takes it up another level when he is wrestling in Boston and I have a feeling tonight will be no different. People are always counting LOVE down and out but they repeatedly rise to the top time after time despite everyone gunning for their throat.

BRANDON JACOBS: It is tough to say this with Maelstrom and Dan Ryan accomplishing all that they have in their career, but is almost like they have to prove themselves all over again but this time as a unit because LOVE has probably been the strongest stable I’ve seen in the last five years. You could break it down individually and say this person is better than that better, but when they work together as a unit, all of that doesn’t seem to matter.

JONATHAN MARX: LOVE is sort of like the Patriots, each person does their job well and meshes well with the other, they aren’t just a collection of individual stars. That doesn’t mean that to be a good unit you have to go and hang out in a bar together and be all buddy buddy, but in the ring, you have to make sure to be on the same page and take care of business.

BRANDON JACOBS: After all the chaos comes a match that I am really looking forward to and that is the first ever meeting between Shawn Hart and Sean Edmunds.

JONATHAN MARX: Two former WFW World Heavyweight Champions going at it in their first ever meeting and you know both will want to put out their best effort so management takes notice and gives them a title shot. Edmunds realizes that now that he has lost the Presidency, the best way to get power is to go after the big world heavyweight title and show to everyone why he is the best in the world. Then on the other hand you have Shawn Hart who had a title reign which rivaled the Gods before he got struck down at Merrython by an elaborate scheme by Scotty Michaels and despite several attempts to get back his stride and get back to where he was, he hasn’t really gotten there and this match is his chance.

VIC WATERS: I see a lot of the old Shawn Hart in his eyes these days.

BRANDON JACOBS: If that is the case, we are in for a hell of a ride but Hart is one of the best when he is on. Edmunds is going to have a hell of a battle ahead of him.

JONATHAN MARX: I think out of sheer desperation that Edmunds will win it, but I won’t be shocked if Shawn Hart does.

VIC WATERS: I am going with Shawn Hart, Hart has that same look in his eye as he did when he was battling Doc. Shawn Hart is back.

BRANDON JACOBS: Now it is time to move on to our first title match of the evening, Jared Wells will put his BAD World Heavyweight Title on the line against the man who recently beat Felix Red in the Falls Count Anywhere in the Graveyard match, Thirteen.

JONATHAN MARX: Thirteen has a world of potential, he debuted strong in the cibernetico and was the final man of his team, but he couldn’t over come both Anarky and Felix Red but he proved himself when he had a chance one on one. Thirteen would love to win this title and establish himself in WFW as a force to be reckoned with. The question is, can he beat Jared Wells?

BRANDON JACOBS: Jared Wells has been in a lot of physical matches lately. He took a hell of a beating and nearly killed himself to avoid losing to Maelstrom and then he was in that Day of the Dead War which helped to cost Scotty Michaels his career… that has to take a toll on you after a point.

VIC WATERS: Thirteen may be catching Jared Wells at the right time, but I still believe in Jared Wells and I believe he will find a way to pull this out. Call me crazy, but I am going to go with Wells until he shows me otherwise.

BRANDON JACOBS: Speaking of a hell of a run, Psycho has had an eight month WFW North American Title reign and tonight he is putting his title on the line in a Christmas Surprise tornado match where each present will contain various foreign objects to use on your opponent and this being a four way, it is right up Psycho’s ally.

JONATHAN MARX: Psycho has won two Brawls at the Mall, but this is a much different match, this isn’t an elimination match, this is a single elimination and so much can happen in one of these matches. Psycho doesn’t even have to be pinned to lose his WFW North American Title.

VIC WATERS: I have no idea what Wink and the WFW Championship Committee have against Psycho, but they always put him in these impossible situation and Psycho has to figure out a way to battle out of the hole…. But guess what? He almost always does. No matter what the odds, no matter who he is facing… he rises to the top and that is why is a former WFW World Heavyweight Champion and the longest reigning WFW North American Champ.

JONATHAN MARX: There is only so many times you can hit on 18 before you luck runs out though, we will see.

BRANDON JACOBS: And now… the main event, WFW World Heavyweight Champion Michaels Manson will put his title on the line in a double steel cage against the challenger who has waited and waited and waited for his shot, Copycat…. And if that isn’t enough, Shane Southern and the man who has attempted to screw Copycat at every turn, WFW President Sean Edmunds will be on the outside.

JONATHAN MARX: Hopefully Southern and Edmunds keep each other in check and Manson and Copycat can go at it one on one to find out who the better man is.

BRANDON JACOBS: Southern has history with Manson, Edmunds has history with Copycat… something could easily happen in this match with these four involved to make it an explosive situation. It is so unpredictable.

VIC WATERS: Time for the bottom line, who do you guys think will walk out champion?

JONATHAN MARX: I am going with Manson, just call it a hunch.

BRANDON JACOBS: I am going with Copycat, I think he wants it more and he’ll figure out a way to beat Manson.

VIC WATERS: One to one… and my pick for the man who will walk out as champ…. Manson. Edmunds is going to find a way to screw Copycat once and for all and there is going to be nothing Copycat can do about it and it will be something shocking like Southern and Edmunds working together to cost Copycat the match.

JONATHAN MARX: No way, Southern would never work with Edmunds. Felix Red brought him in because he knew Southern was a thorn in the side of Edmunds.

VIC WATERS: Edmunds is a smart cookie, that may not be the plan, but I bet he has something ingenious. He can’t let Copycat win the WFW World Heavyweight Title and spoil all of his work as President to keep Copycat down.

BRANDON JACOBS: Mark my words, Christmas Card will be liberation day, not only is Edmunds out of office starting with tonight’s show, Copycat will break through and shatter all of Edmunds work and win that WFW World Heavyweight Title from Manson.

VIC WATERS: You are dreaming.

BRANDON JACOBS: It is the right time of year for miracles. Folks, we have to take a commercial break, when we comeback we will have word from our NEW WFW President Felix Red and he will have a special announcement that he says will shake up the WFW. STAY TUNED EVERYONE!
