I have tweaked the preview pane in the Match and Segment editors. The idea is that they should look like the actual live website will when your content is posted.
If you are pasting from other editors, and it looks shite, the idea is that you make some effort to fix it so that it no longer looks shite... so that Justin or whoever else doesn't have to spend the time doing that.
You should see the preview pane with a black background, as below (like the website). If it is still white, your browser has the old CSS files for the script cached. Hit Control+F5 to pull them over again. (or however you have to do that on your particular device... google it.)
If you have double spacing between paragraphs, this is usually because you are working in an editor that has 0 margins beneath each paragraph, and you have hit Enter twice to insert the paragraph space. This editor adds a 6 point margin at the bottom of each paragraph... so the margin, plus your blank line, equals the bigger gap. You can fix this by adjusting the style for whatever editor you are using to also have a margin below the paragraph, or not double-tapping after each paragraph.
This will probably take a few tweaks to get right... so any problems or oddities.. let me know. I have zero content to play with from something like googledocs, so its all theoretical at the moment as to whether it will actually achieve the required outcome.
