I think I just need to find a common balance between the two sides of handlers not being accustomed to booking/finding their own matches, and myself wanting them to book their own matches because I have less time to manage everything.

We're going to go to one challenge a month...if its a situation where if someone is challenging five people in a promo and its first-come first serve, there's no doubt that accepted challenge will end up on a house show.

However, if we've got something like Lovemuscle and Teresa Q, who get in each other's hair for 3 months straight and FINALLY a challenge comes out and its accepted, there's no doubt that'll be televised.

If I'm working 65-70 hours a week and nobody's stepping up to help from a management perspective on a daily basis, I need the handlers to sort themselves out until my schedule slows down.

This'll be even bigger in the National Championship and Tag Team Championship divisions, but one of the main things I'm looking for anywhere in the fed when booking is to see who's proactive in helping the fed, who's actively writing for the fed, who's developing feuds and who's enthusiastic about the fed.

I can't do everything anymore and if that's the expectation with booking and writing shows, the fed will close its doors before the year is out. However, we've got a load of talent where I'm not worried about that being the case, and I'm working on new things for our website where as long as fwrestling.com/ is having its bills paid...if I ever have to step to the side, its going to be very easy for people to step in and keep driving the train.
