In my opinion, the best card we've done to date. Feel free to disagree, though. I don't want any ass-kissing. Honest feedback is what will make this league better in the long run, so I've included new and improved feedback questions plus an anonymous poll. Remember to check out the "After Hours" show, as it will become a regular occurrence and relevant to league storyline as if it were a part of the card itself.

This thread/poll isn't exclusive to league members. I fully encourage outsiders to read the card and participate in the feedback discussion here. We're also looking to expand the roster, so if you like what you see and have time, join us.

[The Great Eye]

MATCH: Zesty Vs Maeda

SEGMENT: Magnus' intro, so over the top, fits him well.

RANDOM: Mel Gibson is the gift that keeps giving

CRITCISM: That we were slow as hell on this card, poor form us.

Good quality show, but I'm anticipating the PPV as the big comeback. This felt like getting the long overdue album.

MATCH OF THE NIGHT: Definitely Zesty vs. Maeda

SEGMENT OF THE NIGHT: I definitely laughed a few times at Zesty's good times with a wheelbarrow.

RANDOM THINGS YOU LIKED: Good segments, funny commercials, no insanely long matches to read, overall stories were developed

BIGGEST CRITICISM: Definitely one of the more racist intros to a show I've heard.

ALSO, for all you detail oriented people out there, I had to change the name of the arena we're using for the PPV to the XL Center. I didn't realize they changed the name of the Civic Center three years ago. :-(

Great card, Billy. It's exactly what FW needs more of -- short, sweet, to the point cards which build up to the big show.

One comment/critique: I love Magnus to death. One of the best and most unique characters in years. Just keep him serious and unironic and don't write him with any hint of self-consciousness.

Good card, short without feeling truncated and a nice steady read.

I really like the addition of the after hours show. Lots of ways to go with that

Speaking of the after hours show, it's going to be an interactive way to get characters over, similar to the old NWA World Championship Wrestling show. If you're interested in having your character on the show, just PM me a short interview segment; just a paragraph or two. We could do things where one wrestler shows up for an interview, and his rival shows up to get in his face/argue with him on TV, etc. The possibilities are wide, so everyone should keep this in the back of their head as another way to get over.

MATCH OF THE NIGHT: Zesty vs. Yutaka gets my vote. Nice brawl, and a badass finish.

SEGMENT OF THE NIGHT: The Bobby Jack Windham speech. Every time that guy drops to his knees with the mic in his hand, it's gold.

RANDOM THINGS YOU LIKED: The re-dubbed Pocahontas was hilarious, but adding the Christian Bale rant was the perfect zinger.

BIGGEST CRITICISM: Only that it took a while to arrive. Glad to see the ball rolling again.
