Welcome XWF fans to the X-Treme Report!

In it's first card in several months, the X Wrestling Federation returned with a vengeance! Held in Los Angeles, California, millions of fans were treated to a spectacular show from the Staples Center. The national anthem was sung by pop sensation, Britney Spears, who had another vulgar mishap with Britney haters.

The show kicked off with the announcement of the new XWF president. Founder and owner of XWF, Xandor Alvarez, named his nephew, former CWWF World Champion and UPW North American Champion, Triple Cross, the new head of XWF. Triple Cross made an instant impact by announcing that he was the investor that stalled the XWF-CWWF merger. In doing so, he bought out some of the contracts of CWWF's top talent. The merger will not occur. In his first act as president, Triple Cross promised the debut of a superstar in XWF. He would be a former CWWF World Champion. Who could be it be? We find out later!

In the opening match, CWWF Texas Tag Champions, Volma and Antares faced off against CWWF TV Champion Predator and CWWF Texas Champion Hacker. Predator and Hacker had difficulty teaming as they turned on each other several times during the match. The match was declared a no contest after Hacker delivered the Virus to Predator.

In a strange twist, the Backseat Boyz walked out of X-Treme after new XWF president Triple Cross refused to play their newest music video. What made things worse was the fact that the Backseat Boyz were booked for a match that night.

In the first of two triple threat matches, Jon Savage, Static, and Keving Gordon faced off. The match went back and forth, but it was Kevin Gordon who scored the win by hitting The Pose on Jon Savage.

In a tag match scheduled to be the Unholy Alliance versus the Backseat Boyz, Jared Justice and "The Future" Brett Irvine faced eWu World Champion Shawn Hart and Alexander Jerusalem in an impromptu match. The Unholy Alliance got a tainted victory when jWo member, Hakujin, ran in hit a powerbomb-like move on Shawn Hart with the ref's back turned. Justice took advantage and got the pinfall.

In the first of two scheduled title matches and the second triple threat match, the XWF Ladies Championship was on the line. Defending champion Tiffany faced Lady Cryptonite and Helena Night. In a match filled with intrigue, Lady Cryptonite made Tiffany tap to win the XWF Ladies Title. During the match, a mysterious duo,a man and a woman, arrived to help Vulture during an altercation.

After the match, before Tiffany and Deranged could leave, Triple Cross showed up and made an impromptu match between Tiffany and XWF Commissioner Lindsay Troy. What was at stake? The use of the name "Queen of the Ring" in XWF. In a squash, Lindsay Troy retained her moniker.

Another announcement was made in XWF as Ryan Aston, former WWL executive was named Director of Wrestling Affairs by Xandor Alvarez. He challenged anyone from the XWF roster to come forward and lead XWF into success. "The Future" Brett Irvine responded but was laid out by the enigmatic XWF newcomer, Minion.

In the featured match of the evening, XWF Challenger Champion Haven defended against Deranged. In a gruesome match, Haven retained as orderlies from an insane asylum came down and took Deranged away with the help of Haven.

Finally in the main event, Triple Cross announced that since CWWF was dead, CWWF Champion Darren Stone had no real title. To make things interesting, Triple Cross sanctioned the match between Darren Stone and XWF World Champion The Jobber a title match. The match seemed one sided as the bigger Stone got the best of Jobber until Jobber hit a spear into Stone's right knee. The injured Stone writhed in pain, when suddenly Chaos ran down to the ring. Chaos then proceeded to help Jobber inflict more damage on Stone. Was Chaos the promised superstar? No! While both men beat on Stone, Suicide made his XWF debut by clearing the ring. The match was declared a no-contest and Jobber retained the XWF World Title. Suicide challenged Stone for the defunct CWWF Title. Stone still has to respond.

That's it for XWF X-Treme. For more details and the entire card go to the XWF forums at FW Central. See you next time for XWF Havoc!
